Cambria Navigation Desk: Sent to illustrate where our car stereo went: find the stuffed eagle in the left middle, go a little NE from there. The radio sits in a little pukah, just above the speaker selection box (a bit askew from removing the eagle...) Other goodies are an Icom 710 HF radio (does our email), a Yaesu FT-847 HF radio (for talking), above them are their SWR and power meters, above the tiger is our Yaesu 2-meter radio adapted by us for VHF, and below the tiger are the Pactor and Kantronics modems for email. There is a locker in the quarterberth behind the nav desk that has the stereo amplifier, computer printer, and an inverter. Just above the desk are the fixed GPS display, Autohelm multi-display, Alpha autopilot control module, and a hand-held GPS in a bracket. Between them and the radios are little digital clocks with local time and UTC, and a Sony multi-disc changer (not worth installing, but it's already there...) Also an Alpine mobile phone in case we are ever near a service area (yeah, right) At the top is half of the Boston Accoustics stereo speaker for that corner - the top looks just like the bottom, they are about 5 inches wide and deep, and about eight inches tall.
